    Project Name: MCR Academy

  • Client: McCullough Robertson Lawyers

  • Skills: LMS research, LMS implementation, staff training

Brief: Transition face to face training into an online platform (and save money) that is best of class in facilitating anyplace, anytime learning.

Solution: After researching and selecting a best in class learning management system – Looop! we implemented this solution which supported ‘Learning in the Flow of Work‘ –  a new way to look at corporate training with ‘push content’ to learners. I supported staff to learn the system and roll out training across the organisation with just-in-time resources and courseware.

This cloud platform reduced the business costs and allowed delivery at scale which saw measurable performance increases in staff.

This highlight video does not feature me as I was behind the camera filming but I got to wear a white NASA spacesuit – I also crafted the event training artifacts and conference opening video.

Skills: Concept development, event artifacts, videography, Adobe Premiere Pro

Brief: Unleash team creativity and collaboration over a 1.5hours.
