Lance Scaife-Elliott is a joy to have in any learning project you are working on. He has the solutions and the know-how! We have done large-scale conferences, team events, webinars, virtual classrooms, learning management sites and a fabulous podcast. As a UX Designer, I redesigned the corporate and intranet sites for IP Australia a large government department, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. I collaborated closely with external developers, content strategists, and visual designers to integrate modern UX best practices.
My efforts included conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and performing usability testing to refine the designs. This comprehensive approach resulted in a significant improvement in user satisfaction and engagement, ultimately enhancing the overall digital experience for employees and stakeholders.

Starting out my career I tackled the Herculean task of transforming large government reports into visual masterpieces. Picture me, armed with my trusty design software, turning dry data into eye-catching infographics and charts that even the most stoic bureaucrat couldn’t resist.
I collaborated with various departments, navigating the labyrinth of governmental guidelines with the finesse of a seasoned adventurer. My mission? To make these reports not just informative, but a visual delight. And guess what? I nailed it, one pixel at a time!
